CARLTON - Hazel M. Kelley, 94, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, in Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton.

Memorial Service: 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, in Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet.

Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, and one hour prior to the service, all in the funeral home.

A full obituary will be announced at a later date.
