Jerome “Toby” Flynn, 76, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 at Essentia, St. Mary’s Hospital Hospice.
Jerome “Toby” Flynn, 76, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 at Essentia, St. Mary’s Hospital Hospice.
He was born July 3, 1936 in Fifield, Wis., but lived most of his life in Chicago, Ill and behind the wheel of a “big rig,” traveling the country. Toby moved to Duluth in 2003.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Lucille (Hartjes) Flynn and wives, Arlene, Jean and Darlene.
Toby is survived by his step-mother, Delores Flynn of Wisconsin; his ex-wife and friend, Mickey Lee Lu of Chicago; his children, Kathy (Veto) Mattera, Jeff Flynn, Dennis (Kerrie) Flynn, Keith (Terry) Flynn, Dee Ahlgren and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of the Chicagoland area. He is also survived by Jenny Lynn Flynn, his daughter and caregiver, of Duluth.

INURNMENT: will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Oak Lawn, Ill. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Minnesota, 624-5200
