Jon Patrick Harri

Jon Patrick Harri, 56, of Duluth, formerly of Ely, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012.

He attended schools in Ely and was employed at Cleveland Cliffs in Silver Bay. He had also been employed at Boeing, Alaska Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

Jon was best known for his humor and making everyone around him laugh. He had a great love of aviation, hunting, snowmobiling and fishing. He was a loving, wonderful husband and a great stepdad. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his wife, Roxanne (Kosorok) Harri; stepsons, Cody and Nick Campbell; father, Ronald Harri; brother, Ronald Scott Harri; sister, Kay (James) Haugerud; twin brother, James (Judy) Harri; nieces and nephews; and adored by family pet Buddy.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia (Buccowich) Harri.

Visitation: Thursday, Aug. 9, from 5-7 p.m. at Kerntz Funeral Home in Ely, Minn. Family arrangements have been entrusted to Kerntz Funeral Home of Ely.
