Jaslyn Adams, died May 28, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter; son; one sister and two brothers.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 4 p.m. June 8, in Peace United Church of Christ, 1111 N. 11th Ave., Duluth with family greeting friends one hour prior to the service.
