Colonel Patrick E. Gallagher received the Meritorious Service Medal from the U.S. Army Reserves for his service, which included one deployment to Nicaragua, a tour to Iraq and two one-year deployments to Afghanistan. The award presentation was made by Brigadier General Charles Martin at a ceremony at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis. Gallagher is a reserve officer in the 372nd Engineer Brigade of the U.S. Army Reserve and serves as the deputy commander. He works as senior project manager at the Kraus-Anderson Duluth office. Gallagher also presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Kraus-Anderson for supporting him during his military absences.
