The Duluth Harbortown Rotary Club awarded $5,400 to local community partners including the Duluth Denfeld Hockey Team, Courage Center of Duluth, Lutheran Social Service and the Dictionary Project, where Harbortown Rotarians will distribute a dictionary to every third-grade student in the Duluth public school system.
