A fence surrounds zoo grounds up to the bridge on Kingsbury Creek, but people occasionally walk down the rugged creek to get into the zoo. The zoo is working with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources on a plan to secure that boundary. (Bob King / rking@duluthnews.com)
