Mark Steven Samskar, 44, of South Pike Lake Rd., died unexpectedly on Monday, May 12, 2003, in his home. He was born in Duluth on October 3, 1958, to Wayne and Dorothy (Nelsen) Samskar, and he was a 1977 graduate of Proctor High School.
