Coleman holds razor-thin lead over Franken in U.S. Senate race

U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman and Democratic challenger Al Franken waited for election returns this morning in Minnesota’s high-profile Senate race. The race was too close to call as of 5:20 a.m., with Coleman leading by about 1,000 votes out of about 2.9 million cast.
