Proctor wins Section 7AAA

Kash Ankarlo rushed for a pair of touchdowns, Jorde Carlson ran for another and Steve Nelson had one on a quarterback sneak as the top-seeded Rails defeated No. 6-seed Two Harbors 28-6 in the Section 7AAA finals on Friday night at Malosky Stadium to advance to their third consecutive state tournament.
