University regents approve reciprocity

MORRIS, Minn. — The University of Minnesota Board of Regents has approved a reworked tuition reciprocity agreement between Minnesota and Wisconsin that allows students from each state to attend public colleges in the neighboring state without paying nonresident tuition.
