Northland representatives sponsor medicinal marijuana bill

NEWS TRIBUNE Three Northeastern Minnesota state representatives are co-sponsors of a bill that would protect from the threat of arrest and prison seriously ill patients who use medicinal marijuana with their doctors' recommendation.
