Proctor couple launches challenge to assist historic railroad museum

Kermit “Coke” Emberg was born and raised in Proctor and worked on the railroad during World War II. Now Emberg, along with his wife Pat, is dedicated to preserving Proctor’s long history in the railroad industry.
