Duluth man in court on charges related to drive-by shooting

A Lakeside-Lester Park man — recently released from the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Oak Park Heights after being convicted of possessing illegal drugs — appeared Wednesday in State District Court in Duluth accused of shooting a man who made derogatory comments about him not being in a real gang.
