Nolan to Congress: ‘Get to work’

U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan, D-Minn., said Tuesday that the last thing Congress needs right now is a vacation, particularly as the nation stares down the threat of automatic across-the-board spending cuts — a.k.a. “the sequester” — taking effect come March.
