In appreciation: City’s kindness in tragic time will forever be remembered

One year ago this weekend, my wife, Roelle, and I were flying from Calgary to visit with family in Virginia. At 35,000 feet over southeastern Saskatchewan, without prior symptom or warning, Roelle suffered a massive stroke. In an effort to save her, the flight was ordered to land in Duluth.
