Trial delayed for man representing self in Duluth murder case

When St. Louis County prosecutor Nathaniel Stumme responded to his opposing counsel’s greeting before a hearing Wednesday, he was talking to a man wearing an orange jail jump suit and handcuffs, whom Stumme will attempt to prosecute for murder.
