Reader's view: Support tobacco tax to protect our children

As a mother, I understand my children’s peers affect them on everything from their health to their academic success. As a city councilor, I know thoroughly researched, thoughtfully implemented policy can have a positive impact on our lives and on the lives of our children and grandchildren.
