Our view: For a century, Twin Ports got oil by ship

Anyone dismissing as preposterous the prospect of shipping oil on the Great Lakes can remember this: For nearly a century, and as recently as 1992, oil and other petroleum products arrived in the Twin Ports not in pipelines but by water.
