Reader’s view: Improve mental health care; don’t ban guns

Families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings continue to suffer tremendously. An evil act of premeditated murder was committed by a very disturbed individual, and I hope the families left behind can see that the American people, as well as decent people all over the world, are offering condolences. It’s my hope these families can find a healthy way to travel down a path of recovery.
