Star Tribune reporter Oakes remembered on WPR's 'Final Edition'

Wisconsin Public Radio’s “Final Edition” guests Friday will remember their colleague and friend Larry Oakes of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, who died Friday in Duluth at age 52.
