Duluth church to celebrate 150 years of freedom

The Church of Restoration in Duluth’s Lincoln Park neighborhood will include a nod toward a milestone anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation in a nondenominational service tonight as it invites community members to ring in 2013 with a commitment to bettering themselves and the Twin Ports.
