MnDOT: Winter driving conditions fair across Northeastern Minnesota

UPDATE: On Sunday, Wisconsin State Patrol troopers responded to nearly 160 incidents of vehicles in ditches, including 17 property damage crashes and four injury-related crashes, in Northwestern Wisconsin.
