Addition to Virginia courthouse complete

Nearly one year after the groundbreaking, a $6 million, 17,000-square-foot addition connecting the St. Louis County Courthouse in Virginia to the Annex Building is finished, and final remodeling work is expected to be complete before the end of the year.
