Rep. Dwight Swanstrom, a veteran Minnesota House member, lost his District 7B seat to newcomer Mike Jaros, a Liberal, in yesterday’s general election. In Duluth’s 8th Senate District, Ralph R. Doty won a four-year term over Conservative Lewis Latto, a city councilman.
