New flood relief fund ready to assist residents

Mayor Don Ness, the United Way of Greater Duluth, and other funding partners have announced the formation of the Twin Ports Region Flood Relief Fund. The fund is intended to assist with the sudden and unmet needs of residents whose insurance, government or personal funds are insufficient to cover rebuilding or rehabilitation of the home.
