Duluth police ask drivers to stay off city streets

Flash flooding has affected several areas in town, including Grand Avenue at Raleigh Street, the entrances to Morgan Park, Commonwealth and Stowe Street, Hugo Avenue and Myrtle Street, 8200 E. Superior St., and Kenwood Avenue and Buffalo Street.
