Tiegen Brickson, 20, and his fiancée, Keenan Neitzel, 22, of Burnsville, Minn., found out that they had won KDWB 101.3-FM’s contest by phone Monday morning. They will get $500 and tuxedo rental from Savvi Formalwear in the contest on the Dave Ryan Morning Show that was won through audience votes.
