ROGER DUANE CULAS

Roger Duane Culas, 65, of Duluth, died Wednesday Feb. 6, 2013 in the Solvay Hospice House with his family by his side.

Roger was born on Oct. 15, 1947 in Duluth.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving for 11 years. He was employed as a carpenter for many years in the Duluth area.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Joyce Oprin, Joanne Hvamstad, Eleanor Cloutier and his brother, Robert Lamirande.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah of Duluth; his daughter, Christine (Chad) Zawacki of Stacy, Minn.; his grandchildren, Corey, Alexis and Natasha; his great granddaughter, Cylie; his sisters, Dorothy (Ed) McCorison and Bev (John) McCullough.

VISITATION: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service in the Dougherty Funeral Home Chapel. Military honor by the Duluth Honor Guard. Interment at Park Hill Cemetery.
