I WAS BORN: Dec. 14, 2012, in Essentia Health–St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth.

MY PARENTS ARE: Brad and Kristine Shepherd of Duluth.

MY SIBLINGS ARE: Corey, 16; Caleb, 14; and Spencer, 9.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Jim Blais of Eveleth; Susan Francie Lee Bjorlin of Gilbert; Elaine Palmer of Duluth; and the late Herbert Grant Shepherd.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: It was an easy name to use and they wanted my middle name to be after my grandpa Herbert Grant Shepherd.

PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: We just want to keep you happy.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: All the gifts we received from so many people made Jack’s birth very memorable!
