Wild game recipe: Turkey

1 wild turkey breast (or a grocery store turkey breast)

1 wild turkey breast (or a grocery store turkey breast)

½ c. Italian salad dressing

1/3 c. soy sauce

2 T. molasses

2 plums, pitted and sliced

1 medium onion, chopped

Cut the turkey breast into 4 equal-sized parts. Slice it across the grain of the meat. Arrange the pieces in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the salad dressing, soy sauce and molasses. Pour over the turkey breast. Place the plum slices on top of the meat. Sprinkle the onion on top and around the breast. Place the dish in a 425 degree preheated oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until a fork can be inserted in the meat with ease. Serve with rice or a potato side dish.
