Joanna Bietka and Michael Delegan, both of Drummond, were married Oct. 5 in St. Paul’s Church in Delta, Wis.

Her parents are Paul and Bernadette Bietka of Ashland. His parents are George and Linda Delegan of South Range.

The bride chose Jessica Kowalewski as maid of honor.

The groom chose Casey Mickelson as best man. Oliver Delegan was leaf bearer and Jamison Gallagher was ring bearer.

The bride, a 2005 graduate of Ashland High School, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in forest management and forest ecology. She is a forester for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in Barnes.

The groom, a 2003 graduate of Superior High School, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in forest management and urban forestry. He is a forester at Groeschl Forestry Consulting in Hayward.
