What sports are you involved in? Basketball, football and baseball
What is your favorite memory? When I became a Christian.
What is your favorite animal and why? Pine marten because they are awesome and stealthy.
What would be your dream job if you could pick your career right now? An engineer or professional athlete.
What is something most people at your school don’t know about you? I’ve been to Ohio.
Why nominated? Mr. Paul Griffin, middle-school teacher, writes, “Josh is an energetic boy. What I appreciate most is the respect he shows to others and myself. He completes his assignments with timeliness and correctly. He is a diligent worker and contributes in a strong, positive manner.”

What class are you most excited about this year? Math because it’s interesting and I like learning new things with numbers.
What activities/sports are you involved in? Math Team, Knowledge Bowl, Science Fair, Web leader, and I am also in charge of sound for the high school plays.
What has been your best experience in life so far? Winning the geography bee and having a chance to go to state.
What is your favorite app? Doodle Jump.
What is something most people at school don’t know about you? I have two cats named Whiskers and Tabby and a bunny named Pepper.
What do you like or dislike the most about Facebook? I do not use Facebook.
Who nominated this student and why? Cynthia Edwardson, earth science teacher, writes, “Jacob is a student who impresses me with his work ethic and fine character. Not only is he an excellent science student but he is also involved in many extra activities such as Science Fair, Math Team and Knowledge Bowl. Jacob is kind and always willing to help other students. He is a pleasure to have in class!”
