MEMORABLE MOMENT: Lubich and Vekich engagement

Chelsea Lubich and Joe Vekich, both of Eden Prairie, Minn., plan to be married Jan. 19 in Cornerstone Community Church in Red Wing, Minn.

Her parents are Sherry and Mark Lubich of Ellsworth, Minn. His parents are Kristi and Joe Vekich of Hermantown.

The future bride, a 2004 graduate of Ellsworth High School, graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2010.

The future groom, a 2003 graduate of Her­mantown High School, graduated from Rasmussen College in Fargo, N.D., in 2010 with an associate degree in information system management/network administration. He is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM support engineer/consultant for Axonom Inc. in Edina, Minn.

Chelsea’s Birthday is April Fool’s Day, so we had to announce our engagement as fast as we could so no one thought it was a joke!
