What class are you most excited about this year? Art because I love to draw and express my creativity through art and it’s also relaxing.

What activities/sports are you involved in? Majorettes, swim team, Destination Imagination, writing, reading and art.

What has been your best experience in life so far? We have a new coach on our swim team who is totally amazing; he taught me so much in so little time and it was awesome working with him and gaining knowledge from his experience.

What is your favorite app? Pinterest

What is something most people at school don’t know about you? I like to sing.

What do you dislike the most about Facebook? I dislike when people post inappropriate things.

Anything else you would like to share: I would like to give a “shout out” to Mr. Rhoades, Industrial Tech teacher, because he helps me express myself in my own way through his shop class.

Why nominated? Nancy Cooper, health teacher, writes: “I have been fortunate to have Abby in my classroom for the past two years; she does an exceptional job both inside and outside of the classroom. She is a WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) leader and member of the girl’s swim team. She is hard-working and always prepared for class. She is a talented artist and writer and also a great participator. Abby gets along well with others and goes above and beyond what is expected. She has a great smile and cheerful disposition and is a wonderful role model for others; however, it is Abby’s integrity that I admire the most. I am proud of her accomplishments and want to say, Thank you Abby, for everything you do at CMS!”
