Julia Saloum and TammyAnne Miller celebrated a commitment ceremony July 8 in Duluth.

Julia’s parents are Charles Saloum and Cheryl Peterson-Saloum, both of Duluth. Tammy’s mother is Roxsanne Wilson of St. Paul.

Julia graduated from Denfeld High School in Duluth in 2002. She attended college and was part of the Duluth Police Explores Program before becoming employed by TBI Residential and Community Services in Duluth.

TammyAnne is set to graduate from Rivereast Program in St. Paul in June. She works in the nursing field.
