Amanda Urban and Alex Mickelson, both of Hermantown, plan to be married Sept. 15 in Grace Lutheran Church in Hermantown.
Her parents are Angela and Benny Urban of Cloquet. His parents are Lori Mickelson of Saginaw and the late Joel Mickelson.
The future bride, a 2005 graduate of Proctor High School, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2009 with an associate degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth.
The future groom, a 2005 graduate of Proctor High School, graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth in 2011 with a doctorate in physical therapy. He is a physical therapist at Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet.
