Her parents are Laurel Skoglund of Carl­ton and Kirk and Julie Pugsley of Butte, Mont. His parents are Mary and Leon Forstrom of Munger and Gene and Susan Schrieffer of Tucson, Ariz.

Kyle proposed to his beloved Andrea just as the clock struck 11:11 p.m. on 11/11/11.
