Johnson, Settergren

Brooke Johnson of Bis­­marck, N.D., and Matthew Settergren of Hermantown, were married Oct. 15 in Sharon Lutheran Church in Grand Forks, N.D.

Her parents are Kara Johnson and Rob Johnson, both of Bis­marck. His parents are Kim and Eric Settergren of Hermantown.

The bride chose her sister, Lauren Johnson, as maid of honor. Brides­maids were Jordan Adolf, Claire Bossert, Carlie Hougen and Mallory Krabbenhoft.

The groom chose his brother, Thomas Settergren, as best man. Groomsmen were Rob Bremer, Tom DesMarais, Nick Patterson and Jake Renier.

The bride, a 2006 graduate of Century High School in Bismarck, grad­uated from the Uni­versity of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and is a third-year medical student at the University of North Dakota School of Med­icine.

The groom, a 2005 graduate of Hermantown High School, graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a civil engineer at Kadramas, Lee and Jackson Inc. in Grand Forks.
