Angela Gilbert and James Fritz, both of St. Paul, were married Oct. 8 in the University of St. Thomas Chapel in St. Paul.

Her parents are Jane Gilbert-Howard and Ken Howard of Duluth and Wayne and Dorie Gilbert of Eagan, Minn. His parents are James and Lois Fritz of Mendota Heights, Minn.

The bride, a 1999 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn., in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in business management. She is a business analyst for Target Corp. in Minneapolis.

The groom, a 1999 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall High School in St. Paul, graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in marketing and legal studies. He is vice president of operations at The Wedding Shoppe Inc. in St. Paul.
