The Tamarack Dance Association will host a folk dance for the winter solstice Saturday, Dec. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Duluth Art Institute’s Lincoln Center, 2229 W. Second St. Cost is $8 for adults, $6 for members and $2 for kids.
