Outdoors blog: Groups want to ban lead for hunting, fishing

Groups plan to petition for lead ban
The New York Times reported Tuesday that two environmental groups will petition the Environmental Protection Agency to ban lead in ammunition and fishing tackle. The story also cites the military's move to "green" bullets, which are now being shipped to troops in Afghanistan, according to the story.
