Beacon Pointe Condominiums offer one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury spaces on the shores of Lake Superior for full or fractional ownership. Full ownership isn't right for everyone—owning a quarter-share of your Beacon Pointe condominium allows you all the same luxuries of a Lake Superior lifestyle—for 75 percent less.

You'll be a fully deeded owner enjoying 13 weeks a year, one week each month, and the expenses of owning the property (insurance, taxes, utilities, etc.) are divided equally with the owners of the other three shares. Quite simply, it's the most practical, affordable and economical way to own a high-end vacation home!

And since it's your home, you can pay off your mortgage or even sell your share without consulting the other owners. You'll also have the opportunity to rent your condominium if you're not able to use it during your scheduled stays. We have designed all fractional ownership units to have the ability to be occupied by two separate parties at one time.
That means, each month you could occupy approximately one-half of your unit and have the opportunity to rent the other half at the same time. In addition, we have a rotation schedule which provides all owners a different week each month in a four-year rotation.
