Cornelius Ayer Wood

Reverend Cornelius Ayer Wood, Jr., 84, of Andover, Mass., died June 5, 2005 in the Prescott House in North Andover, Mass., after a short illness. He was the son of the late Cornelius Ayer Wood and Muriel Prindle Wood; the grandson of William Madison Wood and Ellen Ayer Wood of Andover and William Prindle and Mina Merrill Prindle of Duluth, Minn.
