Reader's view: Story grossly distorted Johnson’s professionalism

I have never worked at Gold Cross Ambulance and, thankfully, have never needed to make use of its services, so I cannot comment on David Johnson’s professional demeanor. But the picture painted of him in the Dec. 4 article, “Two more employees sue Gold Cross Ambulance,” was grossly distorted.
