De La Garza assault trial moved to Menomonie, Wis.
The trial of a Duluth physician accused of sexually assaulting a female patient on board her parents’ boat at Barker’s Island Marina in 2006 has tentatively been moved about 150 miles south of Superior and scheduled for February in Menomonie, Wis.
