Prep football: Duluth East shuts out Duluth Central

Matt Kilpo threw two touchdown passes to Jon Tisak on Friday night as the Duluth East Greyhounds downed the Duluth Central Trojans 19-0 in a North Country Conference high school game at Public Schools Stadium.
