Speaker: Northland missed opportunities
'DISAPPOINTED' FOR DULUTH, RANGE: State lawmakers would have accomplished more in the legislative session that ended at midnight had it not been for a Republican “tantrum” in the House during the closing hours, House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher, DFL-Minneapolis, said this morning at Monaco Air in Duluth.
