Lawmakers send budget to Pawlenty
GOVERNOR MAY USE VETO: Minnesota lawmakers rushed through bills on Monday that would provide billions of dollars for public schools, nursing homes and state colleges, with the goal of passing an on-time budget for the first time since 1999.
