Report details embattled tycoon’s history
MADISON — A Kenosha, Wis., trucking tycoon accused of illegally funneling money to Gov. Jim Doyle’s campaign used questionable political tactics in his business dealings dating back to when his group tried to develop one of Wisconsin’s first dog-racing tracks, according to a state investigation released Friday.
